The new requests for products of constant quality and in increasing quantities lead to new investments and to the evolution of the corporate structure, first in companies with a collective name, then in S.r.l. and finally in S.p.A. In 1986 the historic headquarters of Lecco is left to transfer the company to the new owned structure in Calolziocorte (Lecco).
